My Favorites
Music: Duke Ellington and old jazz, blues, classical, Cat Power, Rolling Stones, Chris Smither, Bob Dylan, John Prine, reggae. I think that if I ever went to a live opera I could truly become a fan of opera music. TV Shows: I gave away my TV. Movies: Foreign films like Michaelangelo Antonioni movies. All the Coen brother movies. Books: Right now I am reading: Organic Garden Design School by Ann Lovejoy. One of my very favorites books is "A Fine Balance" by Rohinton Mistry Quotes: "In real love you want the other person's good. In romantic love you want the other person." Margaret Anderson More About Me: I live in a little cottage next to the Caribbean Sea and on occasion have monkeys running on my roof. I have declared 2010 "The Year of the Garden" for me as this is the year I am turning my backyard into a botanical paradise. I have some wonderful friends that are helping me and it is slowly but surely starting to happen! -
