My Favorites
Music: My musical tastes are varied and run from Abba to Zappa. I like most everything except rap and hip hop. Particularly Celtic and alternative. In the car I mostly listen to the radio so that I will hear the traffic reports. A lot of times it is the Christian rock station or the oldies rock station, whoever is not talking but playing music. TV Shows: The First 48 is a must see as are the F1 races though I frequently watch them on tape. ============================================= I like the do it yourself kind of shows on home construction and maintenance, wood working , car maintenance and such. I usually watch programs on A&E, Discovery, HGTV and DIY channels. I almost never watch any of the mainstream network shows. Movies: MASH ================================================ Don't go to movies alone so I have not seen anything even remotely recent. I prefer comedy over drama. Books: Functionally illiterate, can't read. ============================================== Profiles, The Purpose Driven Life (read this because a lot of my matches said they read it), Bible, technical stuff for work. I have been reading a lot of books on dating since I don't seem to be very good at it. I frequently post bits from these books when I think that it fits the thread. Some of my reading list is: Dating for Dummies, Act Like A Lady - Think Like A Man, Deal Breakers - When to Work on a Relationship and When to Walk Away, How to Get a Date Worth Keeping, Romancing the Web: A Therapist's Guide To The Finer Points Of Online Dating Quotes: "I want a serious girlfriend. Somebody I can love, somebody who will love me back." (Know the movie?)
