I am not sure. Is there an morals/ethics clause in his contract?

Should his wife divorce him? Are they in counseling? These are my questions.

Depends on what his contract says...that's what the lawyers usually go by.
Right now, they're(CBS) still trying to figure out if they will suffer damage as a result of it, meaning lower ratings and the ever popular "public opinion" polls.
My gut feeling is unless it gets real dirty, meaning other females coming forward with all sorts of sex tales and evidence that CBS downplayed it or ignored it...Letterman will probably remain on the air.

Should he?
I dunno if we should start firing people for that, particularly if we don't even hold former presidents responsible for their indiscretions.

I don't think he should be fired. He had what sounds like consentual sex with people who worked under him. I haven't heard them complaining. He cheated on his long time girlfriend/now wife. To me that is the worst of it - that he hurt his wife and child. As much as we try to fool ourselves people who work together sometimes end up having sex. I don't think it's the smartest thing to do in the work place but it happens. As long as he wasn't using his position to keep these women down then to me it's nothing more than unprofessional behavior. I don't think any of these affairs should be brought to light. They hurt too many people IMO. I know that the men should think about this before they do these things - but I still say it's nobody's business. Unless these affairs are being carried out by politicians who are using state funds or doing something to endanger the people they represent - I don't think it's any of my business.
