The thing is that most of the old farmers I know are in better shape than their peers who drive a desk. My 80 something uncle still farms his own acres, hasn't increased his waist size by more than two inches and has a new wife. That is pretty impressive.

As for my life path...
I am a worker bee. I keep buzzing along doing my thing while others bask in the limelight. Kinda like winning the Best Supporting Actor in a Movie Award
